Boot Camp is a tough but fun, intense but friendly varied outdoor fitness program. Aerobic activities, resistance work, core work and plyometrics ensure you get the absolute most out of your hour!
9.15-10.15am - everyday except Thursday and Sunday
10.15-11am - Monday/Wednesday/Friday
Boot Camp Thursdays choose whether to hit the streets with our running group- ALL levels encouraged, or join our Yoga teacher Joanne in the best Yoga setting in town.

Walk-Fit is a lower impact workout, different every day, which energizes, tones, strengthens and burns lots of calories to help you reach your weight-loss goals.
Tennis-Fit was developed with the help of a successful local tennis team to improve your speed, agility, strength and endurance on court
Lee Sandford, Certified Personal Trainer, designed and leads the programs to motivate busy women (and a few brave men!) to push themselves to the max for the limited time they have available for themselves!
Prices start at around $14 per hour if you sign up for a program and drop-ins are also welcome.
All classes are held at the best gym in the world - Rye Town Park, Rye, NY (Westchester County).
